3-Day Safari Itinerary
Depart from your hotel in Arusha in the morning and drive through the scenic Maasai steppe to Tarangire National Park. Known for its majestic giant baobab trees and massive elephant herds, Tarangire offers phenomenal game viewing along the Tarangire River. Spot lions, leopards, giraffes, zebras, and numerous bird species during your extensive afternoon game drive before heading to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
After an early breakfast, drive to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and descend over 600 meters into the crater floor. The Ngorongoro Crater is the world's largest inactive volcanic caldera and provides a haven for thousands of animals, including black rhinos, elephants, lions, buffaloes, and pink flamingos at Lake Magadi. Enjoy a picnic lunch near the hippo pool before ascending the crater rim in the afternoon and heading to your accommodation for dinner and relaxation.
